Holy Spirit Catholic Schools is committed to ensuring all First Nations, Métis and Inuit students are successful in completing high school. To assist students and families, we have established Graduation Coach Programs in three of our schools. Here is our FNMI team at St. Michael’s School:

- Tracy Wolfe - First Nations, Metis and Inuit Support Worker
Goals of the Graduation Coach Program:
- High School Completion
- Academic Excellence
- Student Retention
On-going programming:
- Work directly with students for academic support
- Monitor student academic and attendance - may provide direct interventions or facilitate interventions with classroom teachers
- Assist students in transitioning from grade-grade or school-school
- Guide students in meeting graduation requirements
- Facilitate transitioning to post-secondary
- Facilitate relationships with elders and/or other cultural knowledge keepers
